Lina Negotiates a Lease Lina 06/18/2022 Joey visits an office that he wants to rent for use as a studio for his shoot. During the covid pandemic, Lina is desperate to get a contract on some rent money. Joey comes in for a visit and discusses the costs and whether the basement office will be sufficient.
